Version 1 · effective with CULL 1.0.0, October 2026
These terms apply to every purchase of CULL Pro.
Who sells
CULL Pro is sold by Paddle, the merchant of record: Paddle.com Inc. if you buy from the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. from Canada, and Paddle.com Market Ltd everywhere else. Paddle is the seller you buy from and handles the payment, the receipt, refunds and any sales tax or VAT. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase alongside these. CULL itself is made and licensed by Oliver Søgaard-Andersen ("the author"), a Danish developer, under the license terms.
What you buy
A license to use CULL Pro on two computers at a time, as described in the license terms. The license is delivered as a key, shown on the page straight after payment and sent by email. Prices are shown before you pay; sales tax or VAT is added where Paddle is required to charge it.
Trying before buying
CULL Free is free of charge, has every feature and has no time limit. Free culls up to 250 frames in one session. There is no separate trial of Pro: use Free until you know CULL works for you.
Refunds
If CULL Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and it is refunded in full: write to support@cull.photography, or ask Paddle from the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. No reason is needed, and it does not matter how much you have used CULL in that time. This covers a lifetime purchase, the first payment of a subscription and each renewal. The money goes back the way you paid, through Paddle.
A refund ends the Pro it paid for: a lifetime key is withdrawn, and a subscription ends where the refunded period began. The copy returns to Free, and your verdicts stay where they are.
This promise comes on top of any right to cancel or withdraw that the law where you live gives you, and never reduces it.
Canceling a subscription
A monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until it is canceled. It can be canceled at any time: from inside CULL (Settings → License → Manage subscription), from the link in Paddle's receipt email, or by writing to support; Pro continues to the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged. If the law where you live requires it, Paddle emails you before a yearly subscription renews, with the price and how to cancel. A lifetime license is a single payment and never renews.
Prices and changes
The prices are 7.99 US dollars a month, 49.99 a year, or 129.99 once for a lifetime license, before sales tax or VAT. Prices can change. A change never affects a license already bought, and a subscription is charged at the price you agreed to until you cancel or you are given at least 30 days' notice of a new price.
